All mithais are 100% vegetarian and may contain nuts and dairy.

Tasting & Care

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Best enjoyed at room temperature (10°C–20°C).
Milk & Bengali sweets must be refrigerated and consumed on the same day.
We cannot take responsibility for spoilage if storage instructions are not followed.

Orders & Payments

100% advance payment is required at the time of order.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Delivery

We ship pan-India via reliable courier partners.
Delivery timelines depend on the location and courier network.
Misht by Shweta is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, public holidays, weather, or incorrect address details.

Cancellation & Returns

Order Policy

All our mithais are handcrafted fresh to order using premium ingredients. Once an order is placed, it is immediately scheduled for production, and therefore cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded under any circumstances.

We recommend carefully reviewing your order details, including delivery address, date, and quantity, before final confirmation.

No Cancellations or Refunds

Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
As our products are perishable, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
We will not be liable for delays or damages during delivery due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, or incorrect address details.

Order Quality

Every sweet is freshly prepared with care. In the unlikely event of an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we may review and address it at our discretion. Our decision in such cases will be final.

All products are shipped from our kitchen in Delhi, through trusted courier partners.
We currently deliver across India.
Typical delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier availability.
Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received.

Transit & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details.
We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Exchange & Replacement

As our mithais are made fresh daily and perishable in nature, we do not offer exchanges or replacements once the order has been delivered. However, if you receive an incorrect or visibly damaged item, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the case and respond accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatch. However, Misht by Shweta will not be responsible for:

Any delay, damage, or loss in transit caused by third-party couriers
Incorrect delivery details shared by the customer
Mishandling or improper storage after delivery
